I have a confession to make – I love sex. I love reading about it, writing about it and even having it *gasp*! So when I heard about 1 Night Stand from my CP, I knew I had to write a story that would hopefully end up as a part of the series. I wanted my stories not only to be sensual and sweet, but very erotic.

A lot of writers I know find sex scenes the hardest (teehee) to write, but I find them the easiest. I can let my imagination go wild and a lot of the time, the words just come to me and, before I know it, I have a smoking hot scene.

One Hot Australian Night practically wrote itself. I’d had a widower, Xavier, running around my mind for weeks and when Zalia, the heroine, came to me, I just knew I wanted these two to end up together. The lost man looking to find love again and the confident self made woman who’s lost faith in relationships were destined to be together.

But what I loved most about these two was the chemistry they had in bed… And the couch… And the bath

So, how about a little tease?

She finished her drink and placed the empty flute on the coffee table. When she leaned back on the plush couch, her dress hiked up, giving him a peek at her lush, creamy thighs. Arousal built within him and he put his glass down. Talk time was over. He needed to take this woman before his need completely consumed him.

Eyes widening at his pointed gaze, she pulled down her dress in a clearly automatic move.

“Uh uh,” he said, moving her hand out of the way to shove her dress up farther. “We need to uncover the rest of this body.”

Her cheeks flushed again and she regarded him with slight hesitation. “You don’t need to flatter me to get me to sleep with you.”

“I’m not trying to coax you into bed, honey.” He licked his lips and ran his fingers up her bare thigh. “I’m merely speaking the truth.”

Before she could respond, he claimed her mouth with such passion it had his head spinning.

Her First White Christmas worked out a bit differently. I was asked to contribute a contemporary erotic romance for the 1 Night Stand Holiday Anthology. When I received this email I nearly fell off my chair. Actually, I was sitting outside and bounced up, did a little jig and ended up with two dogs looking at me like I’d gone mad.

That night the inspiration came to me for Remy (who happens to be Zalia’s brother) to meet his perfect woman and settle down.

Once again, the sexual chemistry between my two characters was intense. And the love scenes between these two were not only hot, they were a lot of fun to write.

Without giving too much away, I’ll give you a teensie snippet.

Wow. The woman thought of everything. Apparently, Bella Donna was also vegan and… Wait. Body chocolate? Curious, Remy picked up the squeeze bottle of chocolate syrup and flicked the cap open, tasting the treat quickly. Delicious. He couldn’t wait to pour it all over Bella Donna’s body and lick it off. 

“You’re starting without me?” She stood a few inches from him with a sexy pout. “Just don’t finish without me, okay?”

The sultry smile that spread across her full lips had Remy’s cock twitching. “You’ve got quite a naughty mouth, don’t you?”

“Only a naughty mind would interpret the things I say as dirty.”

Yeah, he could expect a fun night. The saucy minx only wore a small skirt and top that had her full breasts almost spilling out of the neckline. Remy held out the bottle of syrup. “Care to try some?”

“Gladly.” Grabbing the bottle, she held Remy’s hand and squirted a little dollop of chocolate onto the tip of his index finger. His stomach flipped and his heart did a happy little jump. He’d truly met his

match in Bella Donna. Every move she made turned him on. When she put his finger in her mouth and sucked, arousal flooded him. His heart rate jumped as she licked the syrup off thoroughly, swirling her tongue around the tip of his digit before removing it from her mouth.

Licking her lips, she moaned quietly and caught his gaze with lust-filled eyes. “Tasty.”

“Oh, I know I’m going to have fun with you,” he said in a voice so husky it sounded alien to his ears.

“That’s what we’re here for, isn’t it?”
