Birthday Giveaway

Got some very good news over the long weekend, which I’ll announce formally at another time. :) But for now, how about an announcement of another kind?

For the next seven days I’ll be running a contest here and give one lucky commenter a birthday swag pack. Who’s birthday you ask? Well mine! That’s right, for my birthday next week, I’ll give someone a download of both Flash of Dark and Midnight’s Ghost, along with cover flats of each book and an assortment of other swag.

So leave a comment here before 6 pm on June 8th to be entered!

Six Sentence Sunday – 4/24

For something with a bit of a different flavor, instead of sharing an upcoming release or a work in progress, this Sunday will be from my novel, Flash of Dark. Enjoy!

Zoey was partially on the couch at this point, cuddling with the half empty bottle of tequila clutched to her chest as I moved away to slide my coat around my shoulders. A smile was turning up the corners of her mouth and she gestured for me to come over before I left. I could smell the alcohol on her breath as I leaned over and saw the glassy cast the liquor had given her eyes. “Savor him before you devour him, Ana. Don’t give him a chance to breathe.”
Drunk as she may be, Zoey had a point.

For those new to this, the rules are simple:

1) pick a project – a current Work in Progress, contracted work or even something readers can buy
2) pick six sentences
3) post ‘em on Sunday

Six Sentence Sunday – 2/28

Yes, it’s that time of the week again – Sunday. If you’ve come through for the blog tour happening this weekend, scroll down past this entry and you’ll find the entry you’ll need to make your comment on in order to be included in the drawing for the tour.

This week I’ve selected six sentences from my current release, Flash of Dark.

He reluctantly released me and watched as I settled my coat, minus the damaged belt, around my shoulders. “What time do you get off?”
I couldn’t help but smile mischievously. “Shouldn’t I be asking you that?” Gray flashed dark and I laughed as I backed my way to the front door, ignoring my increasing demand for the need to finish what I started. “Swing by the club, I’ll be there.”
